Notes from Ngurra – Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Notes from Ngurra, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Subscription

Notes from Ngurra is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before your next billing date.

Billing

Your subscription fee will be charged automatically using your selected payment method each billing cycle.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Each monthly edition will be posted to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and kept up to date.

Once your order has been posted, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service. Delays caused by Australia Post or international postal services are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply to international orders.

Address Changes

If your postal address changes, please update your details before your next billing date to ensure your next edition is sent to the correct address.

We cannot guarantee replacement of items sent to an outdated or incorrectly supplied address.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the following month's edition, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Once payment has been processed for a month's edition, that payment cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds

Due to the nature of this subscription, refunds are not available for change of mind.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Parcels

If your envelope is lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with Australia Post or the relevant postal carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Monthly Contents

Each edition of Notes from Ngurra is thoughtfully curated and may vary from month to month.

Images shared before release are intended as previews only. The contents of each edition may differ slightly.

Original Artwork Giveaway

From time to time, subscribers may be eligible to enter or automatically receive entry into a giveaway to win an original artwork.

Any giveaway will be subject to its own terms, including eligibility dates, prize details and winner selection process, which will be published separately.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, written content, photographs and designs included in Notes from Ngurra remain the intellectual property of Kyralee Shields unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.
