Shipping

All orders are packed with the greatest care and are sent through Australia Post. Signature on delivery is a requirement with all orders to ensure your new artwork has the best chance at arriving to you safely.

Once your order has been placed, please allow a turnaround of 7-14 business days.

Whilst we do our best to ensure the artworks are protected prior to shipping, Kyralee Shields Art does not take any responsibility for items damaged, lost or stolen during transit. That responsibility is handed over to Australia Post once they have your order in their possession. If your order is damaged, lost or stolen you will need to contact Australia Post. Please be assured that all artworks will be insured, whilst in transit, to the order value.

Refunds and Returns.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind.
